Enrol in units (subjects) and register in classes online in eStudent.

When can I enrol in units and register in my classes online in eStudent?  You can enrol in units from the day enrolment is scheduled to open in eStudent. Refer to the enrolment information for current students

Login to eStudent

• Go to eStudent.
• Enter your Macquarie Student ID and password.
• Go to IT Help if you have login problems: ithelp@mq.edu.au  or http://www.sith.mq.edu.au/

Menu

• Select the My Enrolment menu (left side of screen).

• Select Need Help? / Contact eStudent Support if you have eStudent enrolment queries.

Check your enrolment: After you have enrolled you are strongly advised to check your enrolment carefully to ensure that you are:

• enrolled in the correct units, for the correct study period, in the correct course (if undertaking more than one program);
• registered in all the required classes.
• In eStudent, select My Enrolment / Check Unit enrolment and Print Timetable.

How do I change my enrolment?

• Last date to add units online in eStudent:
• First half-year 2012 external (distance) units Friday 2 March 2012.
• First half-year 2012 internal (on-campus) units Friday 9 March 2012.

• Important note about withdrawing from units:
• Unregistering from classes does not withdraw you from your unit.
• To withdraw from a unit in eStudent, select My Enrolment/ WITHDRAW from Units.
• To check you have withdrawn from your unit select Check Unit Enrolment & Print Timetable
