Enrolment Steps for New Undergraduates and Postgraduates
Step 1 - Accept your offer

- Domestic students please follow the instructions below.
To accept your offer you will need your Macquarie student ID number. For UAC applicants, you can obtain you ID online. If you have received an offer directly from the university, your 8 digit student id is at the top of your offer letter.
Login to eStudent with your MQ student ID. To retrieve your password for the first time, select “Click here for Login assistance”.
Within eStudent, on the lefthand side select My Offer > Accept Your Offer
Please note: Deferrals are not available for students in second-half year 2009.

Step 2 - Submit a Commonwealth Assistance Form (Domestic Students Only)
If you have a Commonwealth supported place you must complete a HECS-HELP Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) before you will be able to enrol.
If you are a Postgraduate and have a domestic tuition fee-paying place (DFP) you may apply for FEE-HELP assistance, subject to eligibility (you must be an Australian citizen or hold a humanitarian visa).
To apply for FEE-HELP we recommend you complete a FEE-HELP eCAF before you enrol , however you can submit the eCAF up until the census date (31March First half-year, 31 August Second half-year).

Step 3 - Confirm and update your details
Check your contact, citizenship & residency and cultural details. Follow the instructions in eStudent to update any incorrect details. Note: Some changes, for example Citizenship, require you to provide certified documentation.
You are now ready to complete Step 4,
