At Macquarie we are committed to providing an efficient enrolment service for students. However on occasions students may experience difficulties with web enrolment or on-campus enrolment services. If you have an enrolment issue that needs to be resolved please follow this procedure:
Step 1: eStudent Support is the initial point of contact for all enrolment queries. Contact eStudent Support by selecting the Need Help? menu in eStudent. Provide details of the issue you need resolved.
Step 2: If eStudent Support has been unable to address your difficulty, please refer your issue to the Enrolment Manager at enrolmentmanager@mq.edu.au for immediate resolution.
Step 3: If you have been unable to resolve your enrolment issue through contact with eStudent Support and the Enrolment Manager you are advised to contact the Academic Registrar at cohawkins@reg.mq.edu.au.
