Degree Transfers
Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students can internally transfer degrees, provided that they meet the requirements listed on the transfer request form. This form is available at the end of each semester after examination results are released. It is open for a period of approximately 2 to 3 weeks - no late applications are accepted. The form can be downloaded from the Undergraduate Studies website during the application period.
You are unable to internally transfer your degree if you will be going into your final semester. Please see the Student Enquiry Service for more information if this is the case.
If the desired degree is not available through the internal degree process, the student must apply through UAC.
Postgraduate Students
There is no internal degree transfer process available to postgraduate students. To change degrees, you must re-apply either to the University or UAC, depending on the degree.
