Special Consideration
This form is to be used for misadventure or unavoidable disruption during the final examination period only. Documentation must be attached to the request. Please read the form carefully and follow all instructions.
Special Consideration is only available for the final examination period at the end of each semester and it is administered by the Academic Program Section, Lincoln Building level 4. The APS is only open to students during the examination period. Please click here to download the Special Consideration form.

For periods of special consideration during the semester, please use an Advice of Absence or Other Circumstances form.
When will the draft and final examination timetable be available?
The draft examination timetable is usually released 8 weeks before the exam period.
The final examination timetable is usually released 4 weeks before the exam period.
Clashing Exams
If a student has a clashing exam, ie two exams on the same day at the exact same time, they must notify the Academic Program Section as soon as possible. Please email apsinfo@mq.edu.au.
