Requesting a status letter

A status letter confirms the enrolment status of a coursework student, both undergraduate and postgraduate. Proof of enrolment status is frequently needed for banking purposes, Centrelink, healthcare funds and many others.

Please complete the Status Letter Request form and lodge with the Student Enquiry Service, either in person or by mail.

We are located on level 1 of the Lincoln Building, or our postal address is: Student Enquiry Service, Lincoln Building Level 1, Macquarie University NSW 2109.

International students

All status letters for international students must be processed by Macquarie International, located in E3A. Do not lodge the request with the Student Enquiry Service, as we cannot process them.
